Chapter Highlights 2007-2008 - Recognized as Region II Professional Chapter of the Year 2008 - SHPE National Conference takes place in Phoenix mid-November 2006 - First AZ Hispanic Professionals Power Mixer since revival, takes place in July 2005 - Gus Barajas, Michael Cano, Jimi Diaz, Francisco Gutierrez, Brenda Hernandez, Mauricio Light and Christina Chavez revive SHPE Phoenix Chapter
